Transcends Conventional Beauty, Blurring The Line Between Reality And Imagination
Hey guys, my name is Aleksandra, but most people know me as Aleks.
I have been involved in makeup for most of my life. I have been painting faces for as long as I can remember. It all started in my parent’s living room, any time they had friends come over. This evolved into doing makeup for all of my friends and then most recently, wanting to get some formal education under my belt in order to strengthen and elevate my skills.
I completed my Global Makeup program at Blanche Macdonald a couple of years ago and loved every minute of it. I really got to push and challenge myself with not only beauty makeup, but also body painting, special effects and character makeup. I am a well rounded artist but I’ve found my niche in beauty and editorial.
When I’m not doing makeup, you can find me training my dog Achilles, somewhere exploring the woods or on the BJJ mats training Jiu Jitsu. I love all things beauty but I have a very big love for adventure too. Looking forward to meeting all of you as well and getting to know your stories.
